Finger Millet in Hindi is called ‘Ragi’. Finger Millet, also known as African Millet or Ragi, is a mixed grain flour produced from the hardy finger millet (Eleusine Coracana​) cereal that is grown in arid and elevated areas in African and Asia. It is high in protein and minerals. It is used as an alternative for wheat and other grains. It is used to make bread and cereal.
